Until I met the Simbyo team, I used to think that technical skills were everything that web and application developers needed to excel on the job. How wrong I was. Since I met Cristi and Lavinia, I now place a premium on the role of positive interpersonal dynamics in the success of any project, especially one dependent on an outsourced model.
